I used to love this nail shop. They do very good work. But for some reason the owner Lan has gotten very rude and ugly with me and has made me feel so uncomfortable that I won’t go back. I heard her talk about me yo another customer. I didn’t say anything to her but it was just unprofessional of her . I was a paying customer like anyone else and I refuse to be disrespected when I respect you and try to make conversation with you only to get a one word answer or a shrug of a shoulder. I’ve had my nails done 3 times at Diva Nails. Loved them the first time! Linda did a fabulous job. However after the second time I had my nails done which was not by Linda it was another tech. I had 2 nails pop off and I have developed a fungus from my nails lifting. It’s not even been 2 weeks since my last visit. I contacted David (the owner) bc he was not in the shop and the techs that were there did not know where the fungus treatment was. They stated they were out and sorry! After waiting 45min for him to call back. Bc I wasn’t putting a nail back on until it was treated. He then told me the nail fungus treatment was for sale only. @ $15.00 a bottle. Diva Nails always offers a service exceeding expectation, while at a much lower cost.Other places have offered not just a manicure aesthetically unappealing, but have damaged my nails.Your nail health is maintained more so at this salon as they use a gel polish easier to remove causing less thinning of the nail.A neighboring nail salon named “Polish” damaged my nails so badly after one simple gel manicure, I am now forced to get manicures combining acrylic and gel, or my nails will split, something not normally occurring with my nails.
