I’m 6 weeks post op for emergency explant surgery after a really bad rupture on the right one.Dr. Metzinger and his staff were all so kind and comforting throughout the entire process. I am so grateful that I was able to get them safely removed and very happy with the results.They were 15 year old implants and you’re supposed to have them changed or removed every 10 years.I was having many symptoms especially with limited breathing as my body was pushing them into my ribs.Now I can take deep breaths again and can feel my energy coming back.Thank you!

After several consultations with other plastic surgeons in the greater New Orleans area I knew right away when I met with Dr. Metzinger that I wanted him to perform my rhinoplasty surgery. He listened to my concerns and included nurse Rhonda in our first meeting as she would be with him while operating on me. His attention to detail made me feel confident everything would go smooth. I highly recommend Dr. Metzinger. Having four kids took a toll on my body, and I hoped that Dr. Metzinger could give me my confidence back. At my consultation, he took his time to listen to my concerns and never seemed rushed. He is professional and conscientious, and I felt very comfortable in his care. I am so happy with my result, which is better than I thought possible. I appreciated that he exercised restraint in order to give me the natural result that I was looking for instead of an overly augmented one. If you are looking for a plastic surgeon, he’s the one.
