Went in to get my hair platinum blonde, from already golden blonde, and she couldn't focus on one person, so now I have chemical burn. When I went to discuss it with her she decided to tell me that chemical burn is usual anytime you use bleach, which is not true, and instead of a refund or any compensation, she offered to buy me Neosporin. Not only that, but because she was focusing on somebody, who was not me, she made me blow dry and straighten my own hair. She also did a very bad job on the cut. All of the ladies here are wonderful. I see Jan when I go. She is wonderful especially if you have curly hair. Do make an appt as they are usually busy and idk if they take walk ins.
