I would personally like to give a shout out to two of your employees. Their names are Ashley and Charlene. They both work on the fourth floor at bridge point. My mom has been a visitor with y’all for about a month now. She had a herrorrhagic stroke that was intracerebral.The professionalism and compassion these two ladies has shown to my mom is unbelievable.I want to personally thank them for being so dedicated to their work. They both don’t just provide dedication to providing excellent care for my mom, but they’re do it with such kindness and grace. They made me feel welcomed as soon as I got here.. the nurses are great and loving and so kind.. Geena is a sweetheart!! Paul is real helpful and accommodating! The clean up crew always does a great job! The nurses assistant that take the vital signs are wonderful, Ashley & Ms. Lillian are so kind and work very hard and efficiently! I feel very welcome here and I personally think they are wonderful and work very well together as a whole!! They deserve great Christmas bonuses !!!!! ? ?☺️☺️ my nurse Bailey is the very best rn that there is!!! If I could take Bailey home i would put her in my pocket in a heartbeat!!
I was incredibly happy with the level of care and attention that we received in coordinating care for my loved one. The team at bridge point worked tirelessly to address any issues we had that arose with our loved ones care and walked us through the process to get our loved one into the best situation possible. I am extremely happy with the attention and assistance we received.
