I am always treated with respect, individuality, and never rushed through. They listen to everything I have to say in order to make a proper diagnosis. It usually takes way less time than going to the ER and cheaper. Everyone is always very friendly as well.

They are courteous and compassionate. They understand you're there because you're ill or in pain and the compassion begins in the front of the house until the time you leave.

The rating of 4 is for the SouthStar Urgent care. The rating of zero is for Nikura Tucker, NP. She was very unprofessional and exhibited a very entitled personality. I was there for a sinusitis condition which I usually get in April and October, changing of the season. She said she was going to give me an antibiotic, which I replied would not help my condition. I informed her I was 70 years and had probably been given every antibiotic in the world and the only medication that ever worked was a z-pack and a cortisteroid shot in the hip. She said she would be giving me the antibiotic that she recommended, because it was a catch all. I again reminded her that nothing else.has...read full review
