This place and their staff is so amazing, and they really make you feel like they care. It took me a while to write this because I couldn’t do it without crying; still can’t. I brought my dog in for what I thought was a little cold, and after many tests and an exploratory surgery, he ended up having a huge tumor. He could not be saved, and since he was already under anesthesia they thought it would be inhumane to wake him back up. So we didn’t even get to say goodbye, but they were there in his final moments and I know they loved my fur baby. He always loved going up there to hang out with them. Then a week later I had mail from them, and I was of course expecting to open a huge bill, but instead it was a sympathy card with his paw print on it; something I’ll treasure forever. Yes the bill finally came, but it was nice that it wasn’t their first priority.
