I came to Mansfield from south Louisiana for a funeral, which fell the day after Mother's Day, which consequently meant their flower stock was (understandably) pretty depleted. As I was driving to town I called and spoke with Felicia and her son, and while they didn't have the flowers I was looking for when I first called, she called me back over an hour later after she had received a shipment. I came in and she helped me custom create a really beautiful arrangement, and we chatted together. Her customer service was top notch, but moreover and more importantly, genuine. Bought a brand new tire from my local shop in northeast Texas. Down here on a rig job noticed my brand new tire going flat. Pulled up at this tire shop and asked if they would take a look. 5 min they had me back on the road to the rig. Faulty valve stem. Very knowledgeable and friendly service.
