I ran late to the appointment that I had and Amber was so kind and said we are here for you take your time and be careful! She was on point with her professionalism and customer service and I was in and out of there in less than 20 minutes. She also took her time and explained to me the different types of bifocals! Dr Brian Bratcher is very professional and comical all at the same time! He will also answer any questions that you have and he does a very thorough exam! I highly recommend this place and I will always highly recommend this place! Thank you guys for your great service ?

Literally the best place. From the moment I talked to the secretary on the phone to make a last minute appointment, to the crazy quick and efficient exam and selection of frames. Shoutout to Kristen for EVERYTHING. Literally the sweetest, most helpful person ever. I want to refer this place to everyone I know! 10 stars!

I have been buying glasses here for over a decade. The staff is very helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. They always take the time to help me find just the right frames, and I do NOT make decisions quickly! Their selection of frames is excellent and ranges from conservative to funky. I’d be remiss if I didn’t mention Amber - she finds the perfect frame for every face and personality and is one of the most helpful people I’ve ever met! Everyone else there is great, too. Love this place.
