I cannot say enough wonderful things about Vision Optique in Mandeville! I was only in town for a short time, and from the moment I walked in, I was treated with such genuine kindness, professionalism, and care.
Leigh and Amber are absolute gems. They went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of, never made me feel rushed, and truly made the whole experience feel personal. Their customer service is the kind you just don’t find very often anymore.

They have contacts in stock! So many places have to order them. My order was delayed, had a tear, and Leigh saved my day with great customer service and a prompt remedy to my issue. I was able to go right into the Mandeville location to get a trial box to cover me while I was in a pinch. I'm very thankful for the great customer service and remedy.
