While I sat in the waiting area a woman with an accent (German maybe) came in to ask about blonding. The hairstylist with the long blonde hair came to meet her and asked how she could help. The lady with the accent asked questions about blonding prices. She was then met with a horrible attitude from the blonde stylist. The customer asked if it would be possible to get to a certain level of blonde and was simply met with a shrug and an “idk”. The stylist refused to communicate or efficiently answer questions. I got my hair colored by Stephanie, going from brunette to violet. It was a bold change and I was nervous, but she took care of me & my hair with ease, easily answeringany questions. The salon had a great atmosphere and good music that wasn't overpowering. I loved my experience & the results, and I would definitely go back again.
