For 6 years this facility has been a saving grace for me. I am a difficult stick and have a lot of anxiety that comes with getting labs done. However, they’re always able to accommodate me here and there always seems to be a phlebotomist available that is very skilled in getting a successful draw. Today, I walked in and ended up having the quickest and easiest blood draw I have had in 15 years of getting bloodwork done. Tabitha was excellent in accommodating me, allowing me to use the recliner versus the regular chairs for my draw so that I didn’t get sick or faint. This diagnostic center is clean and it's visual openess is appealing. The staff is friendly and the check in so easy. The phlebotamist was gentle and professional. 1000x better than Quest on Hwy 22 in Covington!
