The staff of this clinic is absolutely phenomenal. The front desk is so helpful and kind. The NP that I saw sat and genuinely listened to my concerns and answered my questions. The techs in the back were so positive and sweet.
Absolutely love all the staff there! Analiese Hand is the absolute best — she’s thorough, caring, listens to her patients and always follows through. She has played a vital role in helping me get my physical AND mental health back in track and I feel and look better at 47 than I did at 27! I’m so grateful to her and everyone at Start Community Health Center in Mandeville.
I go here for my mental health and my primary care. Both avenues treat me with respect compassion and empathy! I see NPs for both of my care needs. I won’t use their names due to privacy but one is a man the other is a woman and both are willing to hear u out and be there for u for patient care and as a patient advocate! Very understanding staff that will listen and accommodate your needs on an individual basis. From the front desk personnel to the nurses and NPs, all are courteous and helpful. They accept Medicaid or use a sliding scale if u are unfortunate.
