Rocket Restorations, LLC. was founded by two long-time friends who saw a void in the roofing industry. One has several years of experience as a reputable insurance property adjuster, while the other specializes in sales, distribution, and manufacturing. With over 30 years of experience together, the business wanted to make a difference in not only the way roofs are installed, but also guaranteeing the satisfaction of customers. Rocket Restorations is passionate about its work and strives to give superior service for all phases of the process from installation to completion.
Customers describe Rocket Restorations as excellent in every way, including communication, price/value, crew, follow up, and total job. The business replaced an entire roof in one day and did a great job, with amazing clean up. A hands-on supervisor stayed for the entire job and stopped by two days later to make sure there were no problems. Rocket Restorations put a roof on two houses in one family, and the professionalism, outstanding work, and excellent communication were highly recommended. The crew was diligent in its work and the clean up was well done. The roofs are beautiful. One customer said this was one of the best experiences with a contractor of any type, with everything delivered on time and done perfectly, no hidden charges or new found issues to raise the price, and the site left in the same condition it was when they got there.
Rocket restoration did an awesome job. They were thorough, precise, skilled and very responsive to the individual needs my particular roof required. My friends laughed when I told them that my roof was beautiful but when they saw the completed job they said that my roof really was beautiful! What a wonderful asset for my home. Thank you all of the ROCKET employees, you did a great job!
Rocket Restoration did some repair work on my Katrina roof and when it was time to get a new roof I naturally called them. They scheduled my roof replacement and the entire roof was replaced in one day. They did a great job and the clean up was amazing. Paul is a great hands-on supervisor and stayed for the entire job. He also stopped by two days later to make sure there were no problems. Couldn’t be more satisfied.
