Richard Weixel build our home in Mandeville in 2001. We were new to the process and, I am sure, required every ounce of patience he had. We initially trusted him because he lived in the neighborhood where we built and was just an honest and straightforward guy from day 1.As we embark on building a new home in another state, we have lately been reminiscing about our first build and how that experience, despite my being pregnant and sick the entire build, made us long to build again one day.Our home was exactly as we asked. Our first and always favorite builder even after moving out of state. Detail oriented and on time, he's someone who is straightforward and trustworthy. Our build was amazing and bonus point for putting up with first time builders and one who was sick and pregnant the whole time.
