Mr Pitt came to inspect my roof that was not installed properly, by someone else. He was very respectful and genuine. He was one of the only construction people I have encountered, being a single female, who did Not try to get over on me. He was so helpful and listened to what I said. He didn't make me feel inferior and explained what all was wrong and how it needed to be fixed. I am using him again as an inspector after the original roofers fix what they should have done the 1st time. I would recommend him to all family and friends!!

Needed a new roof after Ida. They worked with me and also dealt with all my insurance hiccups. New roof looks great, they were easy to deal with- they came out promptly and got it done in a day. Helped me sort through my insurance policy and sent over what my insurance wanted from them promptly. As frustrating as it was to deal with all of the issues faced after the storm, they made it easier. This was back in January and I’m still a happy customer.Service: Roof repair

I will only use Pitts Roofing in any and all roof repairs or replacement. Fantastic service, wonderful to deal with and they worked tirelessly with my insurance company to get my new roof in record time! I was frustrated with the run around and promise from other roofing companies after Hurricane Ida and took the advice from my real estate agent to call the best in our area. Mr. Pitts answered my call at 4:30 one afternoon and within 12 hours a new beautiful roof was being put on my house! After months of waiting for other companies in the area to put me on their schedule and obtain supplies I was elated!
