They text me through the grooming process. I really liked that. They recommended the puppy cut because it was his first grooming experience. An excellent experience from beginning to end! The receptionist who booked our first appointment (unfortunately, I can’t remember her name), was very helpful in answering all of my questions. We drove over an hour to see Aliee. During our consultation, she asked very specific questions, and made sure to write down notes when I explained the cut I wanted for my golden doodle. She also asked me to text her a picture, so she could be sure to provide the cut that I asked for. She communicated throughout his appointment, and made sure that I was happy with the finished result before we left. She provided the exact cut that I requested. My little guy looked amazing! Aliee is a true professional and we are looking forward to our next appointment with her… I highly recommend her services!
