I am a big fan of Dr. Greiner; however, the front office staff leave a lot to be desired. It really seems like she is lost most days especially when it comes to insurance, copays, etc.
Dr Greiner and his staff get an A+ from me. Not only did he squeeze me in on a same-day appointment, when I thought I had a retinal tear, but he gave me his personal cell number, in case I experienced additional symptoms. Other than a receptionist who could have been much friendlier, his staff was delightful; professional, compassionate and personable. I would recommend this office to family and friends.
