Mr. Knaps gave me the MOST informed advice about why my home was retaining moisture. We were contemplating removing stucco! Andrew advised me to use an elastomeric coating and it solved the problem! His crew arrived a day BEFORE he promised, they did THREE coats on my home in 2 1/2 days. Never had to clean up behind them, never saw them take a break?! I am just awed by how professional and matter of fact my problem (and it was a big one) was remediated. You will not be disappointed by his services.
