From the phone call to the technician that came to my home I would give A+. The young lady on the phone was very polite and empathetic. The service person was very quick and quality of work was above standards.

We had called Honey Dippers last year to make repairs to a failed septic pump. Their response was prompt and the technician was very helpful. We called them back when we experienced issues with the system a year and a half later, and they responded immediately and addressed the problem. Fantastic customer service!
