My experience of Bodypump classes lead by Shiela Cole has been absolutely awesome! She has been very patient with me as a newbie to Bodypump in my 70's. She thoroughly explains all techniques associated with each exercise. And best of all, she's personable, funny, and cares about each attendee in her classes. She's been a blessing in my life, both as a friend and fitness instructor!
We have been Franco’s members for over 10 years and today was the last day as we are moving out of country. It was a great honor and privilege to workout here and meet so many good people both from the staff and member mates.
