After checking in I was seen in a timely manner. My exam was thoroughly completed. All questions I asked were answered. I proceeded to select new frames with my vision updates. I felt like I received a nice variety of choices.

Dr. Trahan was great, very thorough and detailed in her exam and excellent at explaining what she needed to explain.
Not so impressed with the sales people when I wanted to buy a pair of glasses. They tried to upsell me offering only the most expensive lenses without giving me alternatives for something as simple as a pair of sun glasses. You will get more business if you don't press so hard and really try to help the consumer.

Had a great experience at EyeWares. The whole eye exam was very easy and Dr. Nguyen was very thorough and made sure everything was on point. James helped me find glasses that fit really well—didn’t feel rushed at all.
