Overall dry cleaning process is good however they did stain my shirts with blue ink. They did correct the problem though it took about a week. I was still willing to use their services but the hours of operation are so limited it's nearly impossible to go there before or after work. Also the randomness of not having the order ready even though they texted to say it was ready was wasting trips to the cleaners. Clearly the woman working there is having personal issues and it is affecting her ability to work without being rude. I hope her life gets better and she realizes that blaming the paying customers is not going to help. Unfortunately I will. not be returning.
