This company is a joke. Filled out an application for a credit review to know at least what my interest rate would be prior to moving further. Spoke with Robert who stated that the lowest interest rate possible would be 5.49% during these times due to the current interest rate inflation. Robert stated they would need to come to my home to do an estimate prior to running the credit, to know how much I needed to borrow. Fair enough, even though I only planned on borrowing 40k no matter what the pool cost above that.
