I am a new customer to Big Branch Plumbing and new to tankless water heaters. Somehow I did not get the knowledge from the original installer that I should have the tank flushed and serviced annually. The tank worked great for a few years. Then recently, I began having issues with getting cold blast of water during a shower. I thought the issue was related to the shower head control. I called Big Branch last week, they came out and flushed and serviced the tank. They didn’t try to sell me extra unnecessary parts, which they easily could have since I am a senior citizen who knows little to nothing about tankless water heaters .

By far the best plumber I have ever used! Very professional, prompt, and reasonably priced. I have been charged by other plumbers double the amount for less work. I’m very happy to finally have found a good, honest plumber; I highly recommend!
Ross was amazing! I had tried to fix my water heater myself and was unsuccessful. Lo and behold I messaged big branch. Ross showed up hours after I texted him! He fixed the issues and noticed a leak in another part of my house and proceeded to fix it! I’m truly grateful and will ALWAYS recommend big branch from this point on.Service: Water heater repair
