Berner tech was very knowledgeable and cleaned mold from my condensation pump and lines with explanation on remedies to keep it clean. He thoroughly examined, cleaned and adjusted my central heating unit. All in all a very pleasant interaction! I will use them for more projects in the future.

We had purchased an annual service from a competitor and after waiting 3 months to get on the schedule I asked for a refund. Called Berner and they came out in a week. Micha was very polite and professional and completed our service. I asked him if he would inspect the outside unit which was not included with the winter service and bee completed that service also.
I highly recommend Berner a/c and heating for these services.

I have used Berner's years ago when I lived in Metairie. I had always received good service with them, so called them now that I live in Covington. The tech was on time and quickly resolved the issue. He gave me the news that I did not want to hear, but was very honest about. They also followed up with a call after to be sure that I had received good service.
Today I got a heating checkup. Good thing I did because the thermostat was bad and would not turn the heater on. Fortunately, Berners had installed it two months ago and it was covered by warranty. I ALWAYS received great service from them.
