Definition of OUTSTANDING SERVICE = We contacted Airsmith Thursday morning about our system not cooling properly...Bobby arrived soon after the call...he inspected the issue, consulted with us, which in the end our system had bit the dust...we panicked because we had company arriving this weekend for Thanksgiving...Bobby went outside, made a call...Today, Friday (a day after Bobby came to assist) we have a new unit installed...UNBELIEVABLE! the technicians were extremely kind and took the time to explain the process and assisted in explaing the new system and controls...we cannot thank Airsmith, Bobby and the rest of the team for their kindness and prompt attention to... read full review
Great experience with Airsmith’s Cooling & Heating. Fair pricing, professional technicians, and a clean installation. The new system works perfectly. They even took the time to walk me through the new smart thermostat settings. Would definitely use them again. I have two in wall natural gas heaters that I was unable to light the pilot. I was not sure if any company would work on them; however, it was not a problem for Airsmiths. He lit both easily.
