If I could give it 10 stars I would! From the moment you walk in to the moment you pick up your pet, the experience is phenomenal! The facility is clean and the staff truely cares about your loved one. It was the first time I’ve boarded our hunting dog, a Pudelpointer (high energy working machine), which made me a little nervous. The team at Willows Oak did a great job and handed me back a clean happy boy! Thanks again!
Wonderful place for your pets. Caring and friendly staff. My Charlie enjoyed his stay and he smelled so much better when I picked him up(he fell in a swamp the day before I dropped him off for boarding). I highly recommend them.
Staff is friendly, knowledgeable and are kind. This business is always clean, I have arrived as they are arriving and it has always smelled clean. They have been caring to my two dogs and I can not stress enough how wonderful this pet lodge is
