Syd has a very skillful touch in massage when working on recovering from an injury. I had a tramatic pelvic break in July and Sydney is very skilled at working on preventing scar tissue adhesion, ensuring fluid is moving away from the injury area as well as desensitizing the associated nerve pain! She explains what she is doing and why. I highly recommend Sydney if you're working through an injury.
