I contacted Parrain’s to get a quote on a high end Smart thermostat. I spoke to the owner, Nick, who gave me a quote on the expensive model I wanted. Nick also gave me quotes for less expensive options. Nick and I spoke via telephone for 23 minutes. In that time he explained everything in depth. Nick gave me options and gave me time to consider my options. Every single quote he gave me beat the competitors. Let me reiterate that, every quote he gave me beat the competitors. The next day his co-owner, James, drove out of town to pick me up the Smart thermostat that I wanted. James showed up a few hours later and installed it and checked to ensure it worked properly and functioned. James gave me an in-depth tutorial on it and explained the Smart App. Nick and James the owners, are both prior law enforcement and military veterans. I support their business due to such, but even more so for giving me a fair and reasonable price. Choose who you want for HVAC business, but if you don’t want to overpay by $100s or $1000s, and you want a job done correctly, call them.
Honest and trustworthy. I would definitely recommend their service. Hardest working guys I’ve ever seen.
