On my third cleaning, no one showed up even though I received reminders of my appointment 3 and 1 day beforehand via text and email. She says I just "popped up on their schedule" the morning of "so there must be a glitch in their scheduling system." She offered to reschedule me but I don't have the time or desire to deal with this.My second appointment revealed to me that the "appointment" is their reminder to schedule your cleaning, and your "appointment" date and time is not recurring. Be aware of this, as you may not be guaranteed a cleaning on the exact date/time you want (e.g. every four Fridays at 8:30am). Kayla stayed in contact with me, via text, until she arrived. She was professional, courteous, and respectful. I gave her a list of my cleaning expectations, and she commenced a cleaning!She honestly exceeded my expectations, so therefore I will request Kayla each time I sked a cleaning!!I rarely give a 5 Star Rating, but I am so very impressed with Geaux Maids, there contact means, and their cleaning service!Service: Standard cleaning
