“BLD was working on the street where i live, as well as other contractors and companies, and BLD works quitely and seems like a little faster than all the shitshow the other companies have going on. “This has been the best experience I have ever had dealing with a repair company. They provided fast service, called and set up appointment within 1 hour of call to AHS. Arrived next day on time and even provided a tracking app to see as they came out. Our tech Sateen, came out and pinpointed the problem swiftly. He took his time to explain and show us why the component failed, and explained what parts were ordered, and that they would be in the next day. However the next day the weather decided to get horrible. They still tried to work around the rain and in absolute rain storm Sateen tried his best to get repairs done, but the rain just made it impossible. They stayed in contact and had us reschedule for the next day. Once the weather cleared he came out and got us up and running even after finding a problem that we didn't even see the first day.
