Riverlands Animal Hospital is a veterinary practice that provides great care for pets. Customers have praised the knowledgeable and patient staff, particularly Carolyn at the front desk, who assisted a senior citizen with the vet's online app. Dr. Crawford and Dr. Garon have been commended for their excellent medical care, with one customer expressing their willingness to drive a long distance to continue using the hospital's services. However, some customers have reported negative experiences with the front desk staff, who have been described as dismissive and unwelcoming. Despite this, the overall consensus is that Riverlands Animal Hospital offers high-quality veterinary services and is worth the price.
Dr. Garon & Becky are truly the best. I could not trust a vet more. Dr. Garon takes so much time with her patients; Becky is so gentle and creates trust with my dog, and the entire facility is truly so different than other vets. They all care- they go above and beyond. I am forever grateful to them with my Sophie.
I couldn’t be happier with my experience at Riverlands Animal Hospital. My cat Ziggy has always been treated with incredible care, and Dr. Garon has truly given him a new lease on life.
When Ziggy first came to Riverlands, he was very sick and we didn’t know what was causing it. Now, at almost 16 years old, he runs around the house at full speed, jumps up on furniture, and is as happy and energetic as ever.
I’m beyond grateful for the extra time they’ve given me with my sweet boy. The compassion, expertise, and dedication of everyone at Riverlands Animal Hospital mean the world to me. I’ll always recommend them to anyone looking for exceptional veterinary care.… read full review
