We paid them to weed and re mulch our garden. They worked on it during the day while I was at work and when I returned home they were done but I had visible weeds showing in my rose bushes. I took my hand and brushed away some mulch in another area and found multiple weeds that mulch had just been poured on top of. We called and complained and the next day they came back out to "fix" it. Well two weeks later and I'm on my hands and knees doing what I paid them to do. My garden is covered in weeds. They didn't pull anything up by the root.
