I should’ve read the reviews before going because Lawd why do my nails look like the temu version of the photo reference that I showed the lady. My nails are horrible. And she had an attitude every time I asked her to fix any very noticeable flaw. The one star is actually for the pedicure, the lady who did it had a better attitude and took her time. Never going back!! 0/10

OMG don’t even bother this place should be shut down in my opinion and experienceThey do not know how to do nails here. They don’t know how to do any of the basics and that shape your nails I don’t know what’s going on, but they’re not professionals in the art of nails And they have the nerve to be pricey.

This is the worst, horrible customer service I have experienced at a nail shop. I asked for braider nails with French Tips. The woman glued the nails on 2 where crooked and they didn’t even have the stiletto shape. I told her she got angry and was rough with my hands because she had to take them off. Then she told the man to my nails he can’t lay acrylic it was all over my fingers and at the tip off the nails it was tons of acrylic. Women who take pride in their beauty should not go there.
