I can’t say enough great things about the Balance Center in Lake Charles, Louisiana! I came in dealing with vertigo and dizziness and the PTs got me in immediately and started helping me right away. The therapists are incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and truly care about their patients. From the first visit I felt listened to and confident that I was in the right place. If you’re struggling with vertigo, dizziness, or balance issues, I highly recommend the Balance Center. Five stars all the way!!!
I saw Rachel when she was at Hope Therapy and had to stop seeing her due to other medical reasons. But will definitely see her again at The Balance Center as soon as I can. She is a great therapist and cares how her patients. Her staff is great also.
Rachel is the best. The Balance Center is very professional, caring, and compassionate. Would highly recommend Rachel, she is truly awesome!
