SWLA Center for Health Services is a caring clinic with friendly staff, including wonderful doctors and nurses who make patients feel valued. The front desk team is kind and understanding, providing a welcoming environment. The clinic's outreach specialists are helpful and knowledgeable, offering excellent assistance with Medicaid sign-ups. Additionally, the center hosts community resources like a credit union branch, emphasizing support and partnership within the community.
Dr.Vaughn and her nurse is wonderful. Sweet and caring ladies, fun to talk to. I felt like I mattered!
Front desk ladies are kind as well. They have hard jobs and I can't imagine how difficult it may be dealing with rude clients all day. Will always recommend this clinic.
Doc was nice. The receptionist has no people skills and looks like she hates being there. The little blonde in the office is about as pleasant as a cactus. Never been in an office like this, and it seems others are also treated badly. Seems like low income medical facility. If the employees don't like where they work, maybe look into something else. We don't need rudeness. You actually think we wanna be in there? Nope... Do better!
Ms. Brenda Thibodeaux/ Outreach Specialist went beyond the call of duty to assist me with getting signed up for Medicaid. She was available, kind, knowledgeable, fast, patient and understanding of my needs. Explained everything to me very well and I want to thank you so much for helping me.
