I wanted to leave a Review on Patrick Baylee. To say it was an easy experience is an understatement. After my mother passed to say it was an easy experience is an understatement. After my mother passed away and we had to pay For unexpected funeral expenses, I realized how important it is to have something set in place. Mr.Baylee help me understand everything that goes into this process. He probably stayed on the phone with me for an hour time after time answering every stupid question that I have to make sure that I was sure and comfortable with the whole process. I came here with a family member to take care of some financial business. My family member had not made an appointment. The ladies working at the desk were very welcoming and said we should wait in the lobby until we could be seen. They offered us water and coffee. They were very kind.Shortly a young woman came out to help us. She brought us into an office with a beautiful view of the lake. She was very helpful and friendly. She helped my family member get his business done.
