Kelsey Richard was our salesperson back in April of 2025. I traded in my 2020 XT6 for a brand new 2025 Cadillac XT6. He listened to what I wanted and showed me all the newer colors and the new upgrade packages for the car I wanted to purchase. He was so kind and I was very pleased with the whole process. I’m originally from Lake Charles and I was happy to be able to purchase another vehicle from Billy Navarre. I encourage you to stop by and see what they have to offer. Although a bit late, I'd like to thank Ashley Langley at your dealership. I sold my late brother's Jeep to y'all and she did an outstanding job. She made sure I was alright all through the process.
