They took care of my 2022 gmc Sierra Denali which had bad injectors at 4600 miles. Mind Boggling! The truck was purchased in Texas but stopped in Lake Charles. Considering the situation, Navarre did a good job of repairs. There customer service should be more attentive in keeping folks abreast of what is happening. We had to generate the calls to the service department. Secondly, they should be more attentive to their incoming calls. On the day to pick up our vehicle, we called at least 4 different times in 15 minutes. No answer. My vehicle had major repairs to be made and was there over a month. My review at that time wasn't great. I had to bring my vehicle back and have to say this visit deserves 5 stars. Everything not done previously was done on this visit. Communication was great. I was told what to expect and when. Just an overall great experience.

Had a minor service problem that escalated but was finally dealt with. They were open and interested in hearing things from my perspective and met with me to discuss and resolve the problem.
