Everything you could ask for! The owners, office staff, and field techs ALL provide excellent customer service. They took great care to understand our needs in Lake Charles, LA (Moss Bluff) for a tile shower renovation, installation of a coat rack in a closet, repair an exterior tile patio, and miscellaneous sanding/painting including front and rear doors of the home. Before receiving an estimate, they offered options for us to discuss and consider. In search of tile for my shower and tub. Greeted as soon as I walked in. Shortly after, I found a wall tile I liked. The associate quickly started pulling matching tiles for the floor and soap niche. I found exactly what I needed at this store. Highly Recommend. There is also a contractor in house.
