Luke's Towing & Recovery provides friendly and professional service. Their staff is polite, courteous, and efficient. They respond quickly and follow state rules. Pricing is reasonable. The company assists with various vehicles, including large trucks and semis, and is available to answer calls on weekends. Their driveway may be hard to find due to a small sign. Overall, customers have reported positive experiences and would recommend the business for towing needs.
Can't speak for their prices, however I see one employee from Luke's very frequently I don't know the name of, he worked a heavy duty tow for a white Volvo on I-10 EB on 3/22, and an LCPD wreck on 12th & 1st on 3/24. He's actually one of the only operators I've seen from Luke's, but he's extremely fast and efficient, keeping our roads clear and safe to travel on. Works with other tow company operators to get things cleared faster, and knows what he's doing and I can appreciate that, not many tow companies around here have employees like that. Keep on keeping on 💯
From scheduling to pick up everyone was kind and friendly. The driver was awesome and worked with skill and efficiency. I most definitely recommend and if the need arises, will call again.
Very polite and professional people. Picked up my 3/4 ton and brought to dealership to flash new keys. Very reasonable pricing as well.They will be my first call if I need a wrecker again.
