they fixed some various different issues with my laptop that other places in the area could not fix in a timely manner. including issues with my system and my hardware.they also did not hesitate to help me get set up with a docking station for my monitors and my laptop when i asked. they charged me a flat rate for labor, and then for the parts. just to give people who dont know anything about business a heads up, a flat rate of 150 bucks for labor is a very good deal if you need anything substantial or diagnostic done to your computer. that is only 3 hours at 50 bucks an hour, which is very competitive, especially if you are getting multiple things done at once
The guys and gals at LB really went out of their way to help fix my laptop getting me back to a working status. The well trained staff walked me threw the issues i was having "bad Hard Drive" and advised me of the possible upgrades " to a new SSD" that got my laptop running faster than it did when i purchased via DELL. They are now my 1 stop shop for Technology
Very nice people. They are very good at addressing problems. I noticed other customers having a satisfied disposition as they leave the store. Good sign that I'm at the right place!
