Hands down the best customer service! Long story short, we had to have our entire roof replaced after purchasing a BRAND NEW home after losing our home to Laura. Our home warranty did not want to help with the manufacturer defect that Lake Area Roofing came out and found. Ben was very helpful and understanding with our situation. I would definitely recommend/use this business again in the future!
Shawn is a true delight and helped us so much! his crew had our roof done in 5 hours! so impressed! hard to find this level of service anymore. hire them, you won't be sorry
