Krystal gave us great advice to prepare our home for sale. After we did what she suggested our home had a contract on it less than 24 hours after going on the market. She is professional and answered our many questions throughout.
Krystal was amazing to work with. It was the first rent house my wife and I rented and she was very patient and walked us through the process. She also has her own contractors to deal with any problems that could come up.
Very professional and problem resolution was done in a very timely manner. Knowledgeable on all leasing guidelines. The only complaint I have would be the lack of communication between her and the owner regarding small changes too the residence that she as the realtor should have known.
