Being a single woman I needed help putting on the open valve on my septic system and they assisted me in knowing what supplies I should get.
I realized at 5 pm on a Sunday that my septic tank was backed up causing all the nastiness to back up into the house. I called K-John and was relieved at how easy they made the process. By 6 pm Ricky was at my home and we started to dig up the access points for the tank, this dude did not take a break even after moving what seemed like 10 yards of dirt to get where he needed to be, never fussing, never bitching just kept reassuring me that they would take care of my issue. Ricky kept at it and had the tank all cleaned out around 845 pm. At 9 pm Ricky collected payment shook my hand and thanked me for doing business with them.
