Inspector Jones Inspected a home we're buying in Gillis this morning. He was very thorough and informative of if he thought we should get the issues he found inspected or repaired or if they were fine. He was very professional and even got on the roof of the home. At the end of everything he gave us a paper copy in a little binder and an email. He even told us that we had another free reinspection with our initial purchase of $441. I would recommend this man ?.
Eric is an excellent inspector! Very personable and thorough. This is our 2nd time using him!
Great service, detailed report, explained all issues, will definitely use Pillar to Post again in the near future.
