I LITERALLY can't say enough about the owner Lynn and her daughter Miah. Both ladies were fantastic, spending so much time on my nails. I came in with a literal disaster from another shop!! And the crazy thing is that the man who had done this disaster set was the same nail tech that used to do them perfectly years ago...I guess he was just burnt out-and it absolutely showed!!! When I arrived at my appointment, Miah started my soak off and was so professional and sweet. My appointment was with the owner Lynn who was finishing with another client and then she stepped in. The removal of this other set of nails was only 3 days old and they were so misshaped and thick that I couldn't stand to wear them a minute longer!!! Lynn spent extra time and was SO careful not to hurt my natural nails during the removal process which I really appreciated!! Other times that I've had removal done in the past to let my natural nails grow out, they always burned me with the file and filed too much of my natural nail off during the removal process! Lynn gave me an amazing set of nails!! She did everything that I asked and never made me feel like I was a bother or that I was picky at all!!! Please help me in supporting a local female small business owner and I promise when you leave there~you will be 'HAPPY'!!! They have a new customer for LIFE at Happy Nails on Nelson Road!!
These ladies were so accommodating. We called at the last minute and got an appointment for 6:00 because they close at 7:00, but then when we were trying to leave to go to our appointment we lost our keys so I called to cancel the appointment and right after I canceled the appointment we found the keys and called back to see if we could still keep the appointment and they said yes and when we got there they were not irritated with us they were very kind and very friendly. I highly recommend this place. He will not be disappointed
This place is awesome! Lisa is so meticulous. My toe nails were a train wreck. Now with Lisa doing such a fabulous job they are sandal worthy once again! I found the "perfect" nail place. Thank you, Lisa!Service: Pedicure
