Dr Ford is definitely the BEST around!! I hated that he moved from Sulphur to Lake Charles but I would drive to Baton Rouge to use his services. He is so helpful and compassionate about his job and to the families of his fur baby patients.
we have been bringing our babies to Dr. Terry Ford for over 20 years. when he moved to Lake CharLes we decided to stick with him. why? , because he is simply the best .... he cares about our guys , he cares about us as pet parents and he has made us friends , because of his giant heart we would NEVER GO TO ANYONE ELSE. when a vet gets down and holds your babies and cries with you , you better believe he cares and has the superior knowledge to know what to help them whether to ease their pain or end it. I could write a book concerning our 20 plus years of love and care, but instead do yourself a favor and your babies go to this man.
I've worked in the veterinary industry for 7 years and 5 of those years was spent working for another local animal hospital. I would still bring my pets for their yearly vaccines at the hospital I used to work for, but over the past year the cost of vaccines there has become astronomical. I live in a two income no kid household where my pets are my everything and even we are having a hard time keeping up with their yearlys.
That being said, I ran into my old co-worker, Lacie, who told me she was working here and how much she loved it. I scheduled my cat's yearly vaccines shortly after our conversation.
