Went in to get my charging port replaced. He did a great job, I haven't had any problems with it since. My children travel for work all over the country, and when I told him I needed my phone as soon as possible because I had a son leaving for a job in a couple of days, he had it fixed the next day for me. What a piece of mind, to be able to stay in contact with them, and he understood the importance of this to me. These people are great people especially the man that fixes the phones, my brother went to him because his phone was in need of a crack. He secretly went without me or parents knowing. The man has such a great heart telling him that he would just charge 50 for the cracked screen but usually it’s 60 he told my brother he can just owe the 10 and hoping he comes and pay it. So today i brought 15. such good and kind hearted people. pleaxe show the support all you can for this small business. ❤️ ?
I dropped my phone and the screen shattered. AW had the screen in stock for my older phone and was also the least expensive of those I had called. After replacing the screen it still wasnt working and said it needed one more part. He replaced the 2nd part at no charge to me. He honored his original quote. Mark, the owner, was so nice and easy to work with. I will definitely return if I need phone repairs in the future.
