Dillion and Troy were here today to perform maintenance on our units. They were very friendly and knowledgeable. They informed us of all findings and made suggestions accordingly. They were cautious moving around the house with the ladder. We will definitely have them come back next year.
I cannot say enough good things about ACR. After dealing with my AC not cooling properly, they came out quickly, diagnosed the problem fast, and found that the condenser was the issue. Mr. Wilson was professional, honest, knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly. You want to know how fast it was fixed? Answer: I called at 12p, he arrived at 3:59p and before 5pm THE SAME DAY the problem was fixed, refrigerant checked, voltage checked, thermostat checked and more.
Most companies will schedule you within a day or so but not this one! Baby, they got me on their schedule quickly and had my unit running again much faster than expected.
