A&M Tax Services has been in business since 1998; we are a business of integrity; because Mr. Braxton had the same last name with another taxpayer, his return was sent to the IRS in error; his check was received from the bank; we called him and that's when he called to our attention that he had filed his return with someone else; he then told us to send the check back to the IRS he did not want it; we then notified the bank and the check was canceled and the bank sent the money back to the IRS. The statement he is making about our business is not true.
